fruit salad Ingredients<br />
1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries<br />
1 box sugar free mandarin orange flavored jello<br />
1 can mandarin oranges<br />
1 large can peaches packed in water or light syrup<br />
1 small can pineapple chunks packed in juice<br />
1 small can Sunkist orange sections<br />
12 ounces fat free Cool Whip<br />
Directions:<br />
Pour the fruit into a colander and discard the juice or syrup. Rinse with water and pat with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Mix the Cool Whip and dry gelatin together, then fold in fruit. Spread evenly in a 9 x 13-inch pan and freeze.</p>
<p>Cut into 12 squares, about 3 inches each</p>
